Vegan, Allergy Friendly Parmesan Cheese (Homemade)

This recipe is for anyone who wants a healthy alternative to Parmesan cheese. The best part is the ingredients are healthy, cheap and are easy to get.

Since I can’t have dairy I was on the hunt for Parmesan cheese that tasted good and that is Allergy friendly. Let me tell you it’s hard to find almost darn near impossible.

Here I share my recipe for allergy friendly Parmesan cheese that tastes great and you can even make it in a standard blender. You can always add almonds or cashews but when I first made this recipe I didn’t have them on hand. So I just kept with this recipe and it tastes great. When I make it I get about a little bit bigger than a large mason jar.

Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients: 2 cups nutritional yeast ( I get mine in bulk from my local natural store)
1 cup Hemp seeds ( I like hemp seeds)

Directions: Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until combined. You can make it as crumbly as you like. I like it on a thinner sized not thicker.

Once I blend it I put it into the mason jar and store in the fridge. You can leave it in the pantry but I like it a bit chilled. That part is optional of course.

Enjoy!
