Today i bring you 10 signs you may be gluten intolerant



In yesterday's blog i posted 6 facts or signs you may have a gluten allergy.. 

Before i give you 10 very interesting signs i'm going to give you 1 very interesting fact about Italy and Celiac Disease

1.)Digestive Issues: Such as Gas, Bloating, Diarrhea and even constipation
