Today I am going to be talking about something of the worst cheeses that are in grocery stores today. If you are new to my blog hello my name Is Amanda hence the blog name Amanda Explains It. I'm going to need a lot a lakes in the land to keep hydrated after these yellow American singles. With 1/7 of the FDA recommended sodium allowance of 2,300 mg a day in just one measly deli thin slice, these tips the danger scale for salt and won’t even leave you full in the process just bloated.

Cheese Is something you should have as a treat from time to time. I understand that most of up our beloved cheese. Who am I to tell you to give up cheese?
